In the Aube

Our Auberge is very good located between Brienne-le-Château at 5 km (direction Bar sur Aube) and Port Dienville at 2 km. You will be able to take advantage of the several activities provided by the 3 lakes.

The Lac d'Orient (2 300 ha) : sailing, wind-surfing, swimming, fishing, diving, sandy beach and a park for animal observations
The Lac du Temple (2 000 ha) : fishing, rowing, storm sailing, wind-surfing. It is a place the nature-lovers will really enjoy (places for ornithological observations).
The Lac Amance Port de Dienville (500 ha) : it is the 1st European lake consecrated to speedboat racing.
At the door of the great lakes of the Forêt d'Orient, you will discover Soulaines d'Dhuys , the venise verte of Aube and its surprising chapel and 8 wooden-sided churches: an architectural treasure, which is the only one of this kind in France!

Nigloland, the fourth amusement park of France, in which all your family will have a relaxing moment as well as full of big thrills, in the middle of a flowered park. At 25 min. from Troyes, come to discover Le Golf de l'Ermitage.
Museums to visit : the museum dedicated to automata, Michel Marcu at Lusigny-sur-Barse, the Ecomusée of the Forêt d'Orient and the musée Napoléon et Trésor des Eglises.

Troyes, a magnificent medieval city, let you enjoy having a walk in the "vieux Troyes" with its cobble-stoned pedestrian alleys... and shopping in the designer outlets centres whose Troyes is the french capital.

Also to be seen in the Aube: the cote des Bar and its road of the champagne, the Pays d'Othe and its large forests , the Chaourçois (which is the native region of the famous cheese) and the Castle of la Motte-Tilly.
